Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a complex and challenging anomaly in which attention to every tiny detail is crucial to achieving the best outcomes.
Experts from the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia discuss the advantages of delivering a baby with CDH in the Special Delivery Unit, where the newborn/infant intensive care unit (NICU) and cardiac ICU are nearby, and families can visit as frequently as they want.
